Advice on writing dialogue Dialogue should be brief. It should add to the reader's present knowledge. It should convey a sense of spontaneity but eliminate the repetitiveness of real talk. It should keep the story moving forward. It shoud be revelatory of the speaker's character, both directly and indirectly. It should show the relationships among people. Consejos para escribir diálogos Un diálogo debe ser breve. Debe aportar a los conocimientos actuales del lector. Debe transmitir una sensación de espontaneidad pero eliminar la repetitividad de las charlas reales. Debe mantener la historia en movimiento.
